Subject: Position offered

Dear Ms. Serge,

We are pleased to be able to offer you a teaching position in our Mexico City school beginning in March next year. This position will involve teaching a range of university students and business professionals in our modern office located in the center of the city. Your hours of work will be from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, although this can vary according to students¡¯ needs.

You¡¯ll be provided with free accommodation that is a 10-minute walk from the school. It is a fully furnished single studio and includes weekly maid service. While we cover the monthly rent, you will be expected to pay for all utilities such as gas, electricity and phone charges.

For your information, Mexico City is hot all year round so you will need to prepare lightweight, smart-yet-casual clothing suitable for a professional environment. Mexicans tend to dress well and you should not wear extremely casual attire such as jeans and t-shirts to work.

We will courier a flight ticket to you as soon as you confirm your address. Please reply to this e-mail with your full address as soon as possible.

Best Regards
Jose Carrero
