A: Good morning, boys and girls! Welcome to the world famous Valient farms. I’m Greg and I’ll be leading this tour today, taking you on a wonderful journey and showing you how a real farm works. I’m sure you have never seen one before. This farm was started long ago in 1876 by a man named Chris Valient. He came from Ireland here to America, and brought with him some of the best animals from his home village to raise. He worked very hard and became very successful. Later, after he died, his family sold the farm to new owners in 1956, but the name of the farm never changed. The government then bought the farm ten years ago and turned it into a park for children like you to visit.
